About Haddad Training

After several years working in a corporate gym, Steph took her talents to the private studio setting to serve her clients better in January 2015.  Her philosophy involves investing more time in her clients and class members to help them achieve their goals.  She sets aside specific times for recurring classes and provides free online content for her people and those interested in raising the fitness bar. Steph also provides group classes in corporate settings by appointment.
A sense of humor is an important part of the Haddad community.  A serious but light-hearted approach helps clients feel at ease with where they are physically and instills in them the motivation to keep pushing forward towards their goals, be it weight loss, muscle strengthening, or relieving stress.

We specialize in helping you get better. That can mean faster, stronger, leaner, or Steph’s personal favorite – be in less pain. Be the better version of you that keeps nagging you when you’re out of breath from taking the stairs, the version that sneaks up on you when you see pictures of yourself and do not remembering looking that way.
