Full Body Conditioning Class Hitting the Mats in Mountain View
You’ll find me at Serao on Monday and Friday mornings as well as Tuesday and Thursday afternoons instructing my latest class, Body Conditioning, in a barefoot setup that works with bodyweight and a little bit of equipment. Exercises have a range of intensity so you find the workout that works best for you while in a group atmosphere.
Monday and Friday: 7am
Tuesday and Thursday: 12:30pm
