Work out with a mostly bodyweight workout to get your heart rate up and sweat on without needing a lot of time. Warmup by doing 5 minutes of brisk walking, til you feel a slight sweat starting. Cooldown stretches included at the end!
Sets: 3x through, 30 seconds on, 10 seconds off
Break: 1-2 minutes in between each cycle
