Full body workout, here! Get your full body workout!
This workout utilizes the humble medicine ball. Start with a weight you feel comfortable lifting over your head dozens of times, or have a lighter ball for overhead and a heavier ball for lower body work.
This workout hits heart rate with toes taps, lower body and core with lunges and squats, and arms with overhead work. Great for when you don’t want a long workout or for adding a HIIT cycle to what you already have going on.
