New workout added: TRX for Lower body
We’ve been doing a bit of bodyweight work round these parts. Let’s take it back to TRX.
TRX Lower Body Workout
I am a fan of these movements for kickboxing and mma conditioning as well as other kicking sports. Grapplers should focus on the contraction of the glute as the leg extends, a great accessory move leading to stronger bridging on the floor. These moves are also particularly great for working on the booty. Go go, gadget glutes!
