With Tyrannosaurus Flex as our fearless mascot, our 8 week bootcamp starting March 7th is Curls for the Girls: pumping up those wiggly bits on the arms while improving your conditioning and performance.
Class is a small group setup — we are strictly limited to 6 people — and your group will work together and alongside one another, getting stronger, firmer, and having fun in the process!
