Steph Haddad is Now a GAIN Fitness Trainer!
Maybe you prefer working out at home but need professional touches on spicing up your workout or making sure your form is on point. Perhaps you travel and get your workouts in different gyms across town or the country. I’m proud to announce that I am now working with an app made for people with crazy schedules or just needing a little extra help in their self-training regimen.
GAIN Personal Training is a new service I’m offering. With GAIN Training, you can train with me once, twice, or four times each month. In addition to in-person training sessions, I’ll program tailored workouts for you to complete over the GAIN Personal Training App. You’ll receive customized workouts and receive the motivation and accountability to make your fitness goals a reality.
